He completed his LL.B. in July, 1978 from punjab university, Chandigarh after commerce graduation from Government College, Ludhiana, Punjab.

 

He is doing practice as an advocate in taxation at 638/1, Malerkotla House, Civil Lines, Ludhiana.

 

He has authored many books on Income tax law, Sales tax law, Value Added tax law, Service tax law and Right to information law. He is authoring books on above subjects since 1985 when he was only 30 years old.
